User Interface

Audiocube’s interface is modular: windows and panels can be shown, hidden, or resized to display only the information required at any moment.
Top Bar
Element | Purpose |
File / View / Help menus | Access project, view, and help commands. |
Panel Toggles (upper-right) | Quick buttons to open/close: • Audio Recorder • Audio Range Editor • Master Volume • Mixer • Browser • Timeline • Device Editor |
Right-Side Panel (Device Editor)
This panel hosts three stacked sub-panels:
Sub-Panel | Function |
Device Rack | List of all devices in the scene. |
Device Editor | Detailed controls for the selected device. |
Overload Protector | Settings and real-time graph (opens in the lower-right corner of this panel). |
Edge Buttons (Main Viewer)
There are other buttons on the edge the main viewport for opening some panels.
Edge | Button | Opens |
Left | Add Menu | Device creation icons. |
Right | Acoustic Menu | Acoustic Settings panel. |
Top-Right | Camera UI | On-screen axis and orbit controls. |
Bottom Bar
Control | Description |
Console | Text read-out of system messages; click to expand into the full Terminal. |
Overload Protection | Opens the Overload Protection window. |
Master Stop | Panic button: stops all audio, sequencers, and physics. |
Settings | Opens the global Settings dialog. |
Window Management
Show / Hide Use panel toggles or the keyboard shortcuts listed in the Shortcut Reference.
Resize When a window is open, drag its border to adjust width or height.
Close all Press Esc to close every floating panel.
This layout allows fast access to core tools while keeping the workspace clear.
